Data is mainly hosted in Switzerland (Supabase, Zurich).

1. Publisher

PolyMarket is not an official EPFL service and is not affiliated with EPFL. Contact: contact@polymarket.ch.

2. Service providers

Vercel: frontend hosting
Supabase: database, auth, and file storage
Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-bot checks
Resend: transactional email delivery

3. Data protection framework

Personal data processing is governed by the Swiss nFADP (nLPD), and where applicable by GDPR. For details, read the privacy policy.

4. Liability

PolyMarket is provided “as is”. The publisher is not responsible for disputes between users, failed transactions, or listing inaccuracies.

5. Intellectual property

Users keep ownership of content they publish. By publishing, they grant PolyMarket a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform while the listing is active.

6. Applicable law and venue

These legal notices are governed by Swiss law. Courts of Lausanne (canton Vaud) have jurisdiction.
